Description
It’s extremely difficult to do "teshuvah" (return to G-d) when we just look at the details, rather than the big picture. Teshuvah returns us to the Makor, the source of life, making us feel more wholesome. The Torah wants us to attain our own unique self expression, but with specific guidelines that must be followed. The 1960’s was a time of foolish outward self expression. The Torah perspective promotes an inner, meaningful self expression. Concentrating on the Shofar blowing stimulates our inner growth.
