As a result of our sins, our ratzon (will) decreases and we end up viewing our lives as being filled with many minutiae. We get stuck in a small place where everything is irrelevant. Once we lift up our ratzon then we will see Hashem through every little detail. When our central direction of will is good then the details conform to the 'bigger picture' enabling us to see the good in everything.
