Necessity to learn inner Torah in-depth from Nefesh HaChaim, Tanya or Ramchal. The Rambam (Maimonides) reached high level. In the latter generations the darkness of desire has become so strong that it is impossible to stand against physical things. Kids are driven by base desires. We desperately need the warmth of the secrets of the Torah since we have fallen so deeply.
