Description

There are three parts to free choice. The first is recognizing if something is good or bad. Second is having ratzon (will) which is the most important component of the three. Third is implementing the ratzon. There are three things that a person can't free himself from: time, place, and what the soul desires. Prayer is prime time to strengthen one's will because it can be channeled.
