When the life force of the Jewish people will be released, the Jews who are so involved in Jewish nationhood will naturally return to the life of Torah and mitzvos (commandments). We can't separate between the spirit of Hashem and national spirit. We should work very hard to reveal the G-dly light that is contained within Jews who are only involved in Jewish nationhood. Ethical perversion leads to the abandonment of religion.
