Teshuvah (repentance) in the physical realm is accomplished by guarding the laws of nature and health. Sins are at the root of ill health. Teshuvah in our natural, spiritual health. We have a natural sense of straightness that makes us sad when we sin. Our environment affects our process of teshuvah.
