Description

Perek 9, Piece 6 (page 50) and Kovetz 5 of the "Shmoneh Kabbatzim" The importance of not forcing a square peg into a round hole. Studying and learning that to which we are drawn and for which we have talents and abilities - those topics to which the root of our neshamah (soul) connects. A story about a room full of boys who are completely disconnected from what is being said to them. The specific categories of spiritual paths, and the importance to remain within our path, within the paths that define us, rather than being forced into somebody else's path. The importance of not digging in into a culture that's not my own - it's ok to visit, but problematic to make it my own; the same is true in learning: visit and try all sorts of different types of learning, but stay true to who you are. Different strokes for different folks.
