Description
8th Perek, piece 5. Shleimus (wholeness) in Torah is not about getting somewhere, its about being on the path. The wisdoms of the world are about destination. To get where you want to go, you have to clarify what to do to get there. As we have forgotten our way in galus (exile), Hashem sends us more and more signs to keep us on the path. Shleimus in Torah can only come through learning Torah, specifically the deeper parts of Torah. At first glance, the means to get to the goal seem insignificant, thus people do not understand the essential nature of Halacha, and think that they can get to Hashem without it.
