Sixth Perek, 6th & 7th Torahs. Limudim haMaasim (practical learning) in Torah is learning Tanach, Mishna, Gemara, Halacha, which are the healthy food of the neshama (soul). The inyunim elyonim (the deep and high learning) in Torah is the inner wisdom, which is the oxygen of the neshama. The more we learn the practicals, the more we will be able to grow in the inner wisdom. Doeg and Achitofel had 400 questions about the 'tower flying in the sky', which Rav Kook reveals as delving into the highest wisdom of the Torah. The dangers of being in the tower flying in the sky is that flying is unrestricted and could lead to getting very lost and self-destruction. Learning the revealed Torah creates roads and paths.
