Sixth Perek, 5th Torah. Expounding on Rav Kook through the Iggeres HaMussar from Rav Yisroel Salanter. The Torah has a medicinal effect that can be used. To fix up aveiros (transgressions), learn the part of the Torah that is connected to the aveira. People are often more careful not to do lower-level aveiros than the bigger ones. Different generations in time and different communities in place have difficulty fulfilling certain mitzvos. Constant in-depth learning with review is the recipe to conquer the inner root cause of the aveira. The goal is to create hergel (regularity) in fulfilling the mitzvos and in making their fulfillment natural to us.
