Description

Sixth Perek, 3rd Torah. This Torah is also found in Oros HaTeshuvah. Doing higher teshuvah from love of Hashem, before learning Torah, will elevate the learning. The B'nei Yissaschar writes that the mitzvah of pru u'rvu (being fruitful and multiplying) is primarily referring to Torah learning, then secondarily to having physical children. Bringing Torah chiddushim (original insights) and children into the world achieve the same goal - to bring more Elokus (G-dliness) into the world. The biggest chillul Hashem (desecration of Hashem's name) was the creation of the world. Teshuvah makes us into mothers who can have children.
