Ruach haKodesh of an individual Jew manifests itself where our aspirations are higher than their own personal self. The soul of the Jewish People is contained in every little din of halacha (law). Our learning Torah should bring us us to a place where we can see the secret of where every Jew is. Every Jew is an expansion of the entire Jewish People. Every Jew is an expansion of Hashem. A lamdan (Torah scholar) sees how everything fits together.
