When a person learns lishma (for its own sake) he begins to feel the infinte light of Hashem. Conversations between two people can be an expression of communication of two neshamas (souls). Honest communication in marriage is based on listening. Avodah (task) of every Rebbe, teacher, parent is to reveal the ohr (light) in a person. We must listen carefully with our neshama to tzaddikim (righteous persons) from different cultures from our own. Light of Torah can bring a Jew back to Hashem
