Any future revelations of prophets were received at Har Sinai. All Chochomim (Sages) receive their Torah from Har Sinai. Oral Torah of "Hashem's bride" is unfolding as a result of the one great unbelievable prophetic experience at Har Sinai. On Tu B'Shvat the sap begins to flow in trees. With our learning and davening we reveal our Torah- our fruits of Oral Torah merging with the Written Torah. No happier person in the world than one who shares their own Torah from their own neshama (soul). First zivug (match) in Torah was by the well of water with Eliezer bringing fruits of Eretz Yisrael.
