The Bialer rebbe was a direct descendant from the Yid HaKodesh. He tried to explain why the Yid HaKadosh went back to the Chozeh of Lublin despite all the problems it made. The Yid HaKodesh knew he had to be a student of the Chozeh. The Bialer rebbe explains the beauty of the Rebbe and a Talmid (student) relationship. The Rambam (Maimonides) writes that if a rebbe (teacher) and a student are separated the student is cut off from his source of life. The Tzaddik (righteous individual) is a person who connects heaven and earth.
