Description

The Yid Hakodesh was one of the great students of the Chozeh of Lublin. He viewed the Tzaddik (Righteous Jew) as distinct from everyone else, yet everyone else was on an equal plain. He strongly believed that Jews should come together in order to strengthen each other. He was renowned for his great accomplishments in learning Torah. His own Avodas Hashem (service to G-d) was never weakened despite the demands of the thousands of Chassidim that would come to him. If he saw potential in a person he demanded great things from him.
