We will study the law regarding combing one's hair in the case of a Nazir and in the case of Shabbat. In the course of our discussion, we will address the case of causing the obliteration of the Name. We will analyze such concepts as Dava She'eino Mitkavein, Psik Reisha, Maaseh BeYadayim, Gerama, violating a Lav, undermining a Kiyum Aseh, and more. The lumdus in this Sugya is typical of 'tools for Brisk'. The latter part of the shiur will address definitions of Meleches Hotza'ah, the Av and its Toldos, as well as the definition of 'moshit' and 'ma'avir MiReshus HaYachid LeReshus HaYachid Derech Reshus HaRabim'.
