The head covering that the Princess leaves behind represents the Torah. When we learn Torah in the right way, we hear how Hashem is speaking to us specifically. We need to ask what any piece of Torah is telling me about me. Hashem's name Anochi ("I") means that I have written my soul into this book. The experience of learning Torah is like a chasana (wedding). The stories in the Torah are hiding more than they are revealing. We could be learning Torah the wrong way our whole lives and not even know it.
