Under our tailis or under our sheet in bed are considered places fitting for hisbodadus. A student can speak with Hashem for a few moments even during the regular learning seder in yeshiva. Hisbodadus is the sod (secret) and yesod (foundation) of all holiness. Rebbi Nachman emphasized yearning for Hashem.
