Hashem looks for the Lost Princess-- a Jew who distances himself from Hashem causes Hashem anguish. Hashem does not want us to be distanced from Him. Prayer of Hashem is that we should begin to search for the missing part of ourselves. Tzadik (righteous one) feels more than others the anguish of the King separated from the Princess. Tzadik sees good in every Jew.
