Description

We continue comparing the tragedy of Gush Katif to a story by Rebbe Nachman. Eretz Yisrael (the land of Israel) is not just an extra ornament. Eretz Yisrael is the essence of our existence. The man of fate dwells on understanding the past. The man of destiny understands that G-d is responsible for everything and focuses on his future responsibilities. Yoseph Hatzadik (the righteous one) did not harbor any ill feelings towards his brothers because he understood that G-d sent him to Mitzrayim (Egypt) to supply food for his family. We have to reach out to the Jews of Gush Katif and other misnachalim (settlers).
