Description

We continue reading a tefilah (prayer), which Reb Nosson wrote asking that we merit to fulfill all teachings in Rebbe Nachman’s sixth Torah. We ask to see the good in every Jew, and to find the strength to be silent in the face of insult. We ask to be able to perform teshuva (repentance) on our previous teshuva, and that G-d help us master the art of rising and of falling. We ask that there be no more tzaros (painful difficulties). Rebbe Nachman knew that his trip to Eretz Yisroel (the land of Israel) would be encumbered by great obstacles, but nothing could dissuade him from embarking on the journey.
