Teshuvah is a lifelong process. Teshuvah depends on enduring shame in silence. We must become proficient in halacha (Jewish Law) and in "running and returning." Teshuvah enables a person to "perfect" the hebrew letter "aleph" and become an "Adam." The significance of the letter "aleph" in relation to personal  development.
