Description

The sixth Torah in Likutei Maharan (the magnum opus of Rebbe Nachman) was introduced by Reb Nosson. Reb Nosson describes Rebbe Nachman’s delivery of this Torah. An individual who seeks honor may receive superficial honor at first, however soon enough his faults will be scrutinized and exposed. An individual who dodges honor will eventually receive true honor. We should try to suppress our honor, but never suffocate it completely. The first step to attaining humility is shifting our focus from ourselves to others and to G-d. We have to impress the Melech Elyon (G-d) rather then Melech Elyon (human king.)
