The eye of the Jew needs to look at reality through the eyes of Hashem. Amalek corrupts this ability by scoffing at anything important. We need the forces of "chein" (graciousness) to defeat Amalek. Mordechai and Esther joined forces and defeated Amalek. The four special Parshios - Shekalim, Zachor, Parah and Hachodesh are explained in light of our mission to raise ourselves up from the physical. We can and must destroy Amalek, to live with laws of the Torah with pure faith and to restore Malchus Sometime (Glory of Hashem) to its former elevated status.
