This is a continuation of the first teaching in the Likutay Maharan (the magnum opus of Reb Nachman.) Yoseph Hatzadik (the righteous one) was called bechor shoro (oldest ox) because he perceived the deepest truths. By overcoming his desire for eshes Potifar, (the wife of Potifar) Yoseph Hatzadik became tzadik yesod haolam (a righteous one who is a pillar of the world.) The white crust that covers a tsunami is like the yetzer horah (evil inclination) that shrewdly dresses up like a tzadik (righteous person). In order to overcome the tsunami of the yetzer horah we have to learn Torah and subjugate ourselves to its teachings.
