Description

P. 77. A piece from the Nesivos Shalom. The machshava (thought) a person puts into an action is the neshama (soul) of the body of that action. There is thinking about an action for the sake of infusing that action with meaning, and there is thinking for the sake of thinking. Davening from an electronic device is very problematic. When a machshava connects with a chush (sense) it becomes powerful. As the Baal Shem Tov says, 'You are where your thoughts are.'
