P. 66. Hashem prepares our steps in life by infusing our heart to find a pleasure in certain things in order to fulfill our purpose in life. The need to work for money is Hashem's way of bringing us to our purpose. Sometimes, unbeknownst to us, we have to travel far do so some mitzvah with some object in some place to do a tikkun (rectification) for our neshama (soul). Every step along the way of a journey could also be the purpose of the journey. The work we have to do is separate from the money we have to make, but we often mix up the two. The kfira (heresy) of Communism is the same at the Tower of Bavel, that the state will determine how much money you will receive, not Hashem, chas v'shalom.
