"Avram" was able to become Avraham (with the letter 'hey' added to his name) because of the greatness of Malki-Tzedek, King of Shalem. Aharon's name means "that which can be seen. " Aharon's spiritual level in kabbalah is unstoppable chesed (kindness). The whole world was created just for the middah (quality) of chesed. The greatest characteristic of a tzaddik is that they don't realize the world was created for them.
