Description

Rebbi Elimelech of Lizhensk was the gadol of Poland. Kozhnitzer Maggid gave bracha to the Chozeh of Lublin for children. The bris was one of the most important moments in chassidic history. He won over thousands of Poles to chassidim. During his life, Poland was transformed into the center of chassidus. If you didn't visit the Kozhnitzer, you couldn't see the geulah (redemption). They didn't believe in fixed times for davening. Main talmidim- Apter Rav, Reb Aharon and Rav Asher from Stolin, Rav Dovid Leliger, Yismach Moshe.
