Kozhnitzer wrote an entire sefer answering agunah shailos. He wrote several sefarim on the Zohar (mystical Book of Splendor). He switches freely from nigleh (revealed Torah) to kabbalah (hidden Torah). Chassidim say attachment to Hashem is the purpose of learning Torah. Rebbi Elimelech gave "his heart " to the Kozhnitzer Maggid. He always stood at the amud (led the services) in his shul (synagogue).
