Description

The Kozhnitzer Maggid, Rav Yisrael Hopstein, was one of the most authentic transmitters of the Mezritcher Maggid's teachings. He came into the world through a blessing of the Baal Shem Tov. He was sickly, physically deformed, and a big genius who learned Kabbalah at a young age. His sefer (book) Avodas Yisrael has more parables than any other book of Chassidus. The way to be a kodesh (holy) Jew is through being careful not to eat any insects. We should build our service of G-d while we are still young and flexible.
