Description

The four Torah portions before Pesach (Passover) need to be studied as one entire unit. At the time of creation Hashem measured how much of his presence was going to give life to every aspect of creation. We have been given the power to decide which direction we want to grow in. Remember Amalek (Amalekites). When we defeat the yetzer hara (evil inclination), Hashem takes pride in us. Every second Hashem is recreating and constantly involved in creation. How could a finite world come from the one who is infinite? Our free choice is the possibility to "exchange" truth for falsehood. Hashem's light is infused in the aleph -beis (Jewish vocabulary). Hashem has given all of creation the ability to return to ayin (nothingness)- the ability to start again.
