Description

This shidduch of the Divrei Chaim. His first prospective shidduch didn't work, possibly because he was crippled in one leg. His eventual wife, the daughter of R' Baruch Thumim, the author of the Baruch Taam, required convincing, with the help of some fascinating miracles. At the young age of 17 he became the Rav of Rudnik. Sometime later he accepted R' Naphtali of Ropshitz as his rebbe. He also fostered a close relationship with R' Yisrael of Ruzin. He enjoyed close friendship with another tzaddik, R Shalom of Kaminka.
