P. 25 in the commentary (9th perek). The nefesh Elokis (G-dly soul) wants the entire body to be a levush (clothing) of only its powers. The body is essentially a kli (vessel) that ideally contains the powers of the nefesh. Eventually a person can come to a place where it is not about them, but about Hashem. The eyes of the tzaddik see the tov (good) in a person. The nefesh Elokis really does want complete conquest, it does not want to compromise. If you do not learn pnimius haTorah, you do not know that you can reach those high madregas (levels).
