P. 288 in the commentary (7th perek). Through correct teshuvah and having tremendous kavana (concentration) when saying Shema before sleep, a person can do a tikkun (rectification) on zera l'vetala. The Zohar says that through the sin of zera l'vetala, the powers of tumah are increased in amount like the Mabul (Flood). Other sexual sins cause an exceedingly thick klipah (shell) that is very difficult to break. You have to live a life of kedusha to have real chiyus (life). Some people have many taivos (lusts) that are at a low strength, and some have few taivos that are extremely strong. For every single one of Hashem's children, there is a tikkun.
