Saying Krias Shema before going to sleep can be a tremendous tikkun (rectification) for zera l'vetala. The eyes, mouth, and bris mila are all connected in the area of kedusha (holiness). The internet is the war of our generation. In this war, the first thing is to have the right frame of mind, then to come with strategies.
