P. 216. (5th perek). Pnimius haTorah (the inner dimension of Torah) is abstract and have no obvious application to our physical reality. Every man, woman, and child must learn pnimius haTorah on their level. When you learn Chassidus with excitement, it enters into you deeply. Learning about Hashem makes your life more ruchani (spiritual) and less gashmi (physical), and makes you more humble. The revealed Torah can build the mind, but will not necessarily make a person less bound to the physical. Even when we are alone, we should act with tznius (hiddenness).
