Description

P. 191. (4th perek). A person is fully attached to Hashem when he is doing the mitzvos from thought, speech, and action. One hour of mitzvos in this world is more beautiful than the next world. Feelings of happiness come from doing the right thing, which is mitzvos. The pleasure of the next world is in the realization of what reality is really all about, and is called the ziv haShechina (the flash of the Shechina). The pleasure in this world is a constant light received through doing mitzvos. The neshama (soul) is impatient to come back into the guf (body) at techias hameisim (the Revival of the Dead). The more we work on purifying the body, the more we can feel.
