Page 100. Hashem created an elaborate system of ruchnius (spiritual) worlds one higher than the other depending on their respective revelation of G-dliness. Each world is linked to the higher world in a hishtalshelus (chain of development). The 4 worlds of Azilut (Emenation), Briyah (Creation) , Yetzirah (Formation) and Asiyah (Action) are above our physical world. This universe was created and is conducted via the 10 sefiros (emanations). Azilut is mishtalshel in Briyah, Briyah is mishtalshel in Yetzirah; Yetzirah is mishtalshel in Asiyah. The higher world of Asiyah is the completion of all the ruchnius higher levels. This ruchnius world of Asiyah is mishtalshel into the lower world of Asiyah- our physical world. The 4 elements of fire, water, air and earth are each separate entities but combine in the spiritual worlds. It is impossible as fiinte beings to imagine the ruchnius worlds.
