Description

pp. 40/80/336. Every single part of every single jewish neshamah (soul) is completely connected to Hashem. The way to attach myself to Hashem is to attach myself to a Talmid Chacham (wise and learned person). The lifelong effects parents have on children - still only levushim (garments / external factors). Essential holiness within the jewish soul - a portion of the G-d above. All human beings have the advantage of intellect over all other creations...but Bnei Yisroel are unlike other human beings in that they have a nefesh elokis (divine soul). An ability to grasp and feel g-dliness. All the greatest gentile thinkers of the world combined cannot produce one single nevuah (prophecy). Losing oneself at a rock concert. In the same way that every part of an apple has the exact essential "apple" qualities, so the jewish neshamah elokis has the essential quality of g-dliness. "Mamesh" - it's real, not just a concept.
