Description

Rav Weinberger's personal relationship with the sefer HaTanya. Klal Yisrael's (the Jewish Nation's) great need to learn the Tanya. The proper approach to learning this sefer (book). Our desire, as mevakshei Hashem (seekers of G-d), to live Hashem's Torah to the greatest degree; as opposed to physical desires of this world that hound us without end. When our interest and excitement for physical things appear to overcome our desire for spirituality. A memory of a life with complete devotion to the Creator of the world. An oved Hashem (servant of G-d) through and through, or a "consultant" in Judaism? We can't cope with the economic stress and a lower salary, but we can live without Hashem - how is this possible? We have resigned ourselves to being physical beings, but will try, as best as possible, to fulfill Hashem's will. Avodas Hashem, that's the true essence of who we are. The Kedushas Levi's 2nd day of Yom Kippur fasting
