Description

Torah was given to all Jews together who stood at Har Sinai. Tzaddikim cannot reach high levels without contact with "simple" Jews. Greatness of a simple Jew is their consistency. Story of Rus is about hard working people. Every Jew on their own level can attach themselves to the Creator. The avodah of the Baal Shem has been lost. Reb Chaim Vital recognized that great individuals reached the level of ruach haKodesh (divine prophecy) in his time. Noam Elimelech affirmed that the shechina (Presence of Hashem) is looking for a clean Jewish heart to live in. Humility and selflessness are the requirements for ruach haKodesh.
