How can the Torah command us who to love? We all possess feelings of love and fear; we only have to learn how to use these emotions correctly. We must not become too caught up in the mashal (parable), but we must move on to the nimshal (lesson). We can reveal the light of G-d through our lowly midos. Imagination is one of the most powerful tools to help us serve G-d.
