Description
When saying Shema, imagine and feel jumping into a fire for G-d. In the physical world, only the nefesh (soul) can sense G-d through the world. Thinking about a feeling blocks the feeling. Every Jew is a ben Navi (son of a Prophet), and can see the world with the eyes of a prophet. Every challenge is deciding between G-d's will and the physical world. The way into the neshama (soul) is through the nefesh level of soul. Avodah zara (idol worship) has a very dangerous power to pull a person down into physical lusts. Reaching into the mind and heart reveals the soul. As thoughts intensify, the imagination intensifies. We can access the power of the Prophets within ourselves.
