Description

Torah without yirah (awe) can arouse Hashem’s anger. Yiras cheit (fear of sin) is a bigger quality than being a Torah scholar. Emunah (faith) is not merely believing that Hashem exists, but having a relationship. A sad modern trend is that emunah is not emphasized in chinuch (education). Chassidus is dependent on the heart. The greatness of limud Torah is nonexistent without a foundation of yirah. The greatest protection for your children is to teach them emunah. Torah comes only through davening (prayer).
