Shabbos is the pleasure of all those above in heaven and below on the earth. Shabbos is the time when neshamos (souls) enter Gan Eden. Shabbos is our kallah (bride). Shabbos is our queen. Just understanding the intellectual part of Shabbos doesn’t mean that we are experiencing Shabbos. Shemiras Shabbos can't only be in our heart- it has to be in our actions.
