Urgency of developing good middos (personality characteristics) in our younger years. Difficulty of acquiring traits & pure thoughts in our later years. Youth is wasted on the young- except the young! Ben Torah is always working to go up. Obligation of a Rebbe to understand unique qualities of their talmidim (students). There are pathways to HaShem even from the "lowest of the low" places. The fault is how people misuse the world- everything leads to G-d. The goal is to grow, and not keep struggling with the same struggles year after year
