Description

All kedusha (holiness) is found in the Torah. By learning Torah we attach ourself to G-d. The purpose of learning is not to intellectually understand the material. The beginning of learning is to understand but the goal is to reveal our soul and attach to the Almighty. We should try to awaken our soul before learning actual Torah. We should not worry that the Chassidic approach will take us away from Torah learning. A real Chassid learns like a burning fire. Our Torah thoughts motivate us to reach our goal.
