Ego as the root of most bad character traits. The beauty of the crown of humility and a comparison of true kingship versus secular world leadership. A child’s ego as the destructive element in the child/adult relationship and ultimately the destruction of the child. The ego as the impediment to improvement. The Tzaddik as the conduit of Hashem’s voice and presence because of the lack of ego. Ego turns even good traits towards evil.
